RETURN  

At Suzani, our top priority is ensuring your satisfaction. We have implemented a customer-friendly return and refund policy to smooth ordering experience for you. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a return on the same day as the delivery. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience, and we will work diligently to make that happen.

NOTE: The exchange policy only applies in case of size issues. 

When initiating a return, it is important to provide video evidence of unboxing the product. Additionally, you should take a clear picture of the product with the brand tag and seal tag clearly visible. If the brand tag or seal is missing or broken, your return request will be rejected. It is essential to raise the issue within 24 working hours from the date of delivery to ensure the timely processing of your return request.

NOTE: Providing an unboxing video is essential if you encounter any issues, including the need for a size exchange. 

CRITERIA OF VALID RETURN  
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in an undamaged condition. 
All product tags and seal tags should be intact. 
The seal tag should not be broken. 
The product should be in its original packaging when being returned.

STEPS FOR PRODUCT RETURN
To initiate a return Request for an item, please navigate to the "My Orders" section on the website. Once there, proceed by clicking on the 'Return' button, then follow the step-by-step instructions provided on the screen. Depending on the return method, please ensure that the item is prepared for pick-up or shipped back to us.

We provide pick-up at the specified address.

PICK-UP FAILURE
- Three attempts are made to pick up the item.
 - If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.

NOTE: It is important to note that we will not take responsibility if the wrong product is handed over to the delivery person at the time of pickup.

REFUND
Upon pickup and quality check, your refund will be processed within 5 to 6 working days. If the product picked up does not meet our quality standards, we will promptly return it to you. We strive to make the return and refund process seamless and efficient for our valued customers.

SUZANI SHIPPING POLICY 
Our shipping fees vary depending on the destination city. We entrust the delivery of our products to trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, ensuring that every shipment is fully insured. In the case of Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company typically contacts you before delivery. 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY DATE? 
YES! If you won't be present for the delivery, you have the option to contact the sender to schedule another delivery time or to pick up the item from their location.

We disclaim responsibility for any delays arising from unforeseen time lags in courier company deliveries to customers, or if customers are unavailable at the time of delivery.
